About

The curator.

Josiah Moore is a musician, educator, and builder. Over 500 students. A black belt. An RV homesteader. A man who has spent years listening to music that most people will never hear — and decided to change that.

BYNH is the culmination of that obsession: a channel, a community, and a philosophy. The best music isn’t always the loudest. Sometimes it’s the one playing in a room of 12 people on a Tuesday in 1974. We find it. We bring it to you.

Why this channel exists.

The best music is overlooked.

Streaming algorithms are built for retention, not revelation. The music that changes you rarely trends. It gets buried. BYNH digs it out.

Curation is a craft.

Anyone can share a playlist. BYNH builds context — where the music came from, why it matters, what it opens up in you if you let it.

Code is a creative act.

The Code Guide track is about what happens when a builder listens deeply. Music and code have more in common than most people think.

Community is the point.

The Society of Navigators is the inner circle. Not a Discord. Not a group chat. A deliberate community of people who take music seriously.
